Speaker 1:

Welcome to. We Play Full Out with Bart and Sunny Miller. Take it away, Sunny.

Speaker 2:

Imagine waking up every day feeling completely aligned with who you are, what you want and the impact you're here to make, versus rolling out of bed and falling into your day-to-day routine of busy work or thoughtless routines between a busy work or thoughtless routines.

Speaker 1:

I love where you're going with this one because, at the end of the day, a lot of my life was that.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

And I think that's why you and I came up with a statement architect your life by design.

Speaker 2:

And I think also why we came up with the statement we play full out, Exactly yeah.

Speaker 1:

So good.

Speaker 2:

So I mean routines can obviously be very important. They're a necessity, but I think they need to be intentional instead of allowing them to become mundane.

Speaker 1:

So let me just say this when I talk about routines, what I see routine is I've got to eat every day. No matter, that's human, that is a routine to get into, but what you eat matters. So in the routine you can perfect your routines that are mandatory routines for life and make them great. I feel like I need to move my body every single day, non-negotiable. I don't care if I'm here or I'm in Thailand. Move my body, eat good food, sleep Routine. Every day, when I can get to bed, get the amount I need. You know what I'm saying. So there's really fucking excuse me, but I will say it sometimes. Sorry, guys, there's really good routines. Excuse me, I will say it sometimes. Sorry, guys, there's really good routines, but we confuse those routines with mundane tasks that become routines that don't get us where we need to be. Would you agree with that?

Speaker 2:

Well, I don't know what you mean by your last statement. Routines with mundane tasks.

Speaker 1:

So, for example, let's say that I get up and I have to do my social media right on the morning. It's mundane, I'm just going through it, but I it's not going to get me anywhere. But, oh, I might have a message I need, and then you know this that or I spend a half hour on emails that are not there. They're mundane things that aren't going to get me, but I make them a routine, not realizing how much time I'm spending on mundane, irrelevant things that I'm creating as those daily habits.

Speaker 2:

Okay, I see that. And then there's the stuff that you know laundry dishes, Correct, you know. Clean the house, things like that that are just daily things that need to be done.

Speaker 1:

Daily, weekly, whatever. However you figure is good, but it really is just how you position it. Yeah, yeah, exactly.

Speaker 2:

So the power of showing up, living fully, playing full out, when your energy flows effortlessly because it's fueled by purpose, raw authenticity and a huge roaring spark of life inside of you, is the holy grail.

Speaker 1:

Amen.

Speaker 2:

Right.

Speaker 1:

Oh boy.

Speaker 2:

And just in case you're wondering, it isn't about chasing perfection Thank goodness for that or just checking goals off of a list. It's about unlocking the inner energy that allows you to show up at your best, achieve your highest potential, express what your soul is longing to express in this life and create a ripple effect of inspiration. When you harness this energy, you don't just live, you thrive. You become a beacon for others. And I think, in a lot of cases, without you even knowing it, most of the time you're giving other people permission to do the same thing.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, right Amen permission to do the same thing. Yeah, right, amen. So we're going to kind of walk through how to maybe harness our inner energy or tap into it, and how to light that fire within us so that we can live this way.

Speaker 1:

I like it.

Speaker 2:

So step one would be to do an audit. Start by evaluating where your energy is going and what's draining it. And I know that we've said this before, but generally we don't have a time problem, most of us. We have an energy problem. So if there are things you really want to do in life if you want to write a book, if you want to learn a new recipe, you want to take dance classes or whatever it is and I'm 100% guilty of this and you're sitting in the front of the TV at night instead of like pursuing those things that you really want to do you don't have a time problem. You're spending time doing that. It's you have an energy problem.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, can I add a couple of things to that Please? So I find with myself which is really interesting, but this is how I work and everybody literally works different, so don't say that. And you Well, just kidding. Some people do work, just like me, which is awesome, but what I do is and I have in the past which is very, very interesting. So I'll just give you an analogy.

Speaker 1:

Let's say that Sonny said hey Bart, uh, you could go hunt in Africa, which this is not on my bucket list, so don't, I'm going to use something different. Hey Bart, you can go live in Arizona for all winter, long and rope in Wickenburg, and you can have a $30,000 budget and I will go with you and support you if you make a million dollars by December 1st. Okay, now, this is Bart Miller's brain. Bart Miller goes what? That's a dream, that's what I want to do. So the energy to accomplish that task because of the outcome from it, I will stay up. I will do things I've never done before.

Speaker 1:

It would take probably Sonny with a hot shot getting me in bed and I would have energy right, because I know how much I want that and that it's for some reason I just got permission to have access to the funds or whatever. Now, that's never an issue with us, but I'm using it. Or let's say my buddies called me and said hey, bart, let's go hunting tomorrow. You got to be up at three o'clock in the morning. Three o'clock in the morning is not bad, it's okay Going hunting, honey. But yet if you said, hey, bart, you need to shovel the walks in the morning at three o'clock in the morning, I'd be like what? Yeah, you see what I mean.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, for sure, we find energy in different ways and different way to motivate ourselves, but sometimes we don't sit back when we set our goals and our things and say what is it I want? And what's an interesting thing is I had a client and this is a little side tangent, sorry you okay. Yeah, we on task, still On task, okay. So I had a client that called me and one of the things I go through is what do you want the outcome to be? You just invested this much money in me. What is the outcome you're trying to get?

Speaker 1:

And here's what's fascinating with most of my high ticket or people I go through this exercise with, is they'll look and say I want more money or I want this. And I'm like okay, you want more money. What do you want the money for? Well, I don't know. Okay, well, if what's the amount of money you want? Well, I want, let's just say, a million dollars. Okay, if you had a million dollars today, what would you do with it? Well, all sorts of things.

Speaker 1:

But what do you want? What is it you're trying to get to? Well, what I want is I want to pay off my house with a million dollars and I want to pay off all my debt. Okay, why do you want to pay off all your debt and all your things? Well, because then I wouldn't feel stressed, okay, okay, what do you want to not feel stressed about? Well, I don't have money coming in all the time, so I feel stressed because I bought all these bills. So what you want to alleviate is how much money is coming in, then it's going out. That's what I want. And why do you want that? Because I feel pressure. I feel like I can't sleep. So what you want. You see what I'm saying.

Speaker 1:

When we back these things down and one of my clients was even so, my wife will quit bitching at me. Oh, why is she bitching at you? Because I'm the one that went out and became an entrepreneur. And is that really what she's bitching at you for? Well, yeah, are you sure? Well, I think so. So what you're saying is you want a better relationship with your wife and you guys to be compatible in the business. Is that correct? Yeah, really, that's what I'm ultimately after. Let's get her on the call. Then let's communicate, let's fix the relationship and you're really getting what you want. Now, don't get me wrong. Anyway, I can stay on this all day. Sorry, sunny.

Speaker 2:

I feel like I'm on a tangent here.

Speaker 1:

But, like, just as you go through this and you're trying to build energy, what I'm saying is, if you're getting depleted and you're not having it, you've got to find other ways of saying okay, I'm going to do this ski trip by this time period, or I'm going to do this or I'm going to do that. Sometimes is what creates that the energy to get you excited about getting up every single day.

Speaker 2:

That's what I'm saying. Yeah, I like that a lot. I've been listening to, as you know, james Hollis, and you know, when you're talking about things that like kind of light you up, or maybe even more, when you really feel like you're here to express something, it does take sacrifice. Yeah, express something, it does take sacrifice, and sometimes it's really not easy and I don't know. I'm trying to think like if you'd feel really giddy about oh, I'm going to write a book and it's da-da-da-da-da, or if it's just like, no, I feel called to do it, but then you get stuck in your day-to-day. You're at work all day, maybe doing something else, and it just becomes kind of that like it's a task but it's something that's like pulling you. So I really love the idea of getting those like micro wins, I guess, or big goals that actually excite you to get it done, because I think that could be really beneficial in getting that energy up and around it, cause it's like I know I need to do this.

Speaker 2:

I know I need to do this. Well, what's going to get you to do it?

Speaker 1:

Yeah. So, for example, if I said to you, sonny, right now, hey, if you get the candle business to do a million dollars this year or in the next, as soon as you had a million dollars in the candle business, we're going to take all the kids, we're going to go to New York, I'm going to put you up in a hotel there and I'm taking you to every musical thing that you've ever dreamed of, no questions asked, what would you do? How much energy would that give you?

Speaker 2:

Yeah, I definitely feel a shift in energy, for sure, right, yeah.

Speaker 1:

And I saw it in your face even yeah, right, it's like, is that a challenge? But the way it would come across to you, right? And that's what I'm saying with all of us, is we don't tap into that sparkle that was just in your eye.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

And we're afraid of tapping into that sparkle.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, I think we are. So, Phew, so good. Okay, so that is great, great, great tips for creating that energy that you need to get you moving in the right direction.

Speaker 1:

And we've done this with one of our clients. I just want to bring this up because I've talked about him a few times. But this, this is a you know, a client I'm coaching right now I won't mention his name, he'll know when he's listening and it is a guy. But he is moving to a new location and he had to get out of where he was at and move somewhere else. And the pressure because of what he wants to get there for and the dates he had exact times he had to be moved by and that pressure evolved him into making more money, even though we've done other things that's helped along the way, but that's what's demanded him to hire somebody like me, demanded him to perform at a higher level, demanded him to do all the things and really put them in place is because he had pressure of something like we're talking about. That was so great to him and his family that it was a non-negotiable and he had to hit the dates period.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

And he did.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

And he did. That's how humans work.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, okay, let's see so. Energy creating energy. A lot of people, I think, when they're exhausted and fatigued and maybe they are just kind of taking it day by day think that they need to rest in order to have energy again. But it's actually the opposite right. Doing what matters most to you is what gives you that energy? Well, I guarantee you any one of them, Just like you said you can get giddy over going to New York if I accomplish this versus nominally in bed all day.

Speaker 1:

Well, there's two ways to look at it, right? Anybody that tells me they're out of energy. There's two analogies I always like. There's three, actually three things I always talk to them about and I'm guilty of all of it. So let me just tell you I'm not above any of this, All right, so don't think I'm not, I can tell you. But number one is if a bear walked in the room right then and there and started chasing their ass, I guarantee you.

Speaker 1:

They're going to find some energy, they'll find a lot of energy in a real quick, freaking hurry. Yeah, so that's one way. Number two is is that I find that when they have something that instantly can like if they're thinking about, if I hurry and have this, I get this outcome Like I could go play pickleball tonight and I could play with the boys and that created energy. They would find it because as soon as they went to go play pickleball they'll have energy.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

And third, is you got to have a bigger goal that's out there, or something like that, saying, hey, I'm going to be at the NFR, I've got to do this, but I've got to do these things and therefore I'm going to push like crazy so I get this outcome and I don't let myself down and you have energy around it. So those are just some things to think about.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, and I think in in just the bare one doesn't exactly apply, but definitely still good.

Speaker 1:

Well, even the Navy SEALs did a study on this. Have you read the study?

Speaker 2:

I don't know which one you're referring to so the study.

Speaker 1:

what they did is they claimed that when you're lifting weights or you're riding, a bike and you're so fatigued you're actually only use 20% of your energy. Now that blew my mind. Yeah, I was like there's no way you're telling me this, but they're saying you haven't even tapped into what you're capable and what you can truly do, and that when I read that was like a David Goggins slap upside the face saying get after it, young man. Yeah for sure.

Speaker 2:

Love that. Okay, so trying to get my thoughts together here. But as far as like, doing the things that matter most to you is energy. That could be I need to go play pickleball with the guys. That is going to refill me, so I get. That's like an alignment with what we're saying here. So list out the top three things that give you energy and the top three things that drain your energy.

Speaker 2:

This clarity helps you make intentional choices about your focus, and you know it might not seem like a big deal if you let a day or two go by that you aren't completely focused on what matters most to you, even if it is once again I just need to go play pickleball and recharge myself. But then a day goes by, a month goes by, a year goes by, multiple years go by and you have nothing to show for it. You're exhausted, have no big dreams anymore and just trying to make it through the day because you're just waking up, going to work, coming home, watching TV, going to bed type of thing, and it happens quickly and easily. So it's really important to stay awake, and I do kind of want to circle back around too, because I think the things that matter most to us is sometimes like what we're here to create and bring into the world.

Speaker 1:

Yeah Well, and I'll tell the story. I've said it a lot, you guys will hear it again. Sorry about this, but like we have no lease on life, so when we realize that and you're not living your day with the dreams that are inside of you, all of a sudden you could lose a loved one, you could lose something else, and you just don't get that back. So that's why, every day, we try to play full out and we try to look at things that create what we can and where we can go and how can we experience, Because I don't know what's going to happen to me in two years from now. I don't know what's going to happen to me tomorrow. Yeah, exactly.

Speaker 2:

So good. So remember, amplifying your energy isn't just about doing more. It's about doing what matters most, with full engagements. These are the things that light you up, ignite that spark of light inside of you. Once again, I really do love, you know kind of what you said about really putting things out there that gets you so giddy and excited that you want to get out of bed and you want to go do those things because the outcome is so exciting for you, right? So key question is are you pouring your energy into activities that align with your strengths and passions? Think about that. Step number two is aligning purpose with energy. Your energy becomes magnetic when it's aligned with your purpose. When people see someone genuinely passionate and purpose-driven, they're naturally drawn to that.

Speaker 2:

Consider what you're doing every day. Are they moving you closer to your goals or are they reactive and scattered? And I think you said something about this already, about focus. Commit to one small purpose-driven action every day. This creates a ripple effect, not just in your results, but in how others perceive and connect with you. So kind of an action step was you could start your day with a five-minute purpose-setting exercise. Ask yourself what is the one action today that will serve my purpose and inspire others, or what is my soul wanting to express through me today.

Speaker 2:

Step three and you mentioned this one is physical energy. Physical energy is the foundation, it's your baseline. Without it, emotional or mental inspiration can not only feel forced but can be completely overwhelming. If your body's not in good shape, it's really hard to have any other capacity that's working well Right. So the three pillars obviously are movements, um regular exercise, obviously. I don't need to go into all of that, but one things I love to do, you know, when the weather allows us, daily walks in nature, it gets my body moving and I get really just aligned with, I guess, my source in a lot of ways. But it can be as simple as going on a walk, it can be going to play pickleball, it can be going to the gym. I mean, whatever you love to do to just get up and move your body, do it.

Speaker 2:

Next would be nutrition. What you eat directly impacts how you feel. I know we know, we know, we know this, but it's important to prioritize whole foods, hydrate consistently throughout your day and minimize those energy zapping processed foods and then rest. High performers, I think, like to wear exhaustion sometimes as a badge of honor, and I have learned I feel like throughout you know my own personal journey that our bodies do want to move, they crave movement and they even crave exhaustion. So I think it is important to get to those spots. Sometimes, when you're just up and you're moving and you're exhausted because you moved, it's a good feeling. But restorative sleep and moments of stillness do fuel sustainable energy.

Speaker 2:

And then obviously, emotional energy is the multiplier. I feel like this could be a whole novel that we could write about on emotional energy. Your emotional energy comes from your mindset, relationships and environment. So obviously you want to cultivate relationships with people who uplift and energize you as much as possible, and if you can limit interactions with people, that's music. Also that's media, that's whatever your social media news, whatever you're bringing into your environment that drains you.

Speaker 2:

Practicing gratitude is always an energy booster, but so is music. It's been proven that music gives you dopamine hits. So you know, sometimes when you just need a little lift, turn on some music and you'll be amazed at what it can do for you. And then reframing challenges as opportunities also helps you shift from stress to empowerment. And again, I think there's so much we could say about this, but one thing that you always say, and now we always say, is that you know things in life are not happening to you, they're happening for you. So I think, even reframing your past, your traumas, the challenges, trials, adversities that you've faced, if you can look at it and say what gifts have come forth to me and who have I become because of this, makes you a powerful person and also in a powerful position to help others. Anything you want to add to that?

Speaker 1:

I just I agree with everything. I think it's so good.

Speaker 2:

Okay, awesome, so you know. Another thing you can do is try an energy inventory at the end of every day. Think about a moment where you felt energized, and maybe one where you felt drained, and just kind of start to just be self-aware at those types of things, and then you can kind of adjust your day's activities to maybe fit those a little better, if possible.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

Okay, my favorite part, final thoughts. And one day, the transcendental energy is what I like to call it.

Speaker 1:

So in here do you talk about sexual energy or intimate?

Speaker 2:

No, it's more about inner energy and the spark of just that, but I think that's great to bring up. I didn't even cross my mind.

Speaker 1:

Well, I think it's a big part, because if your emotional energy is off, your intimate energy becomes off and your sexual energy becomes off. And one of the biggest, in my personal opinion, is is the biggest energy system we have is sexual energy and intimate energy. And I know this is a topic that is going to shock a lot of people maybe, or like they don't want to dive into it, but it's something we have spent a lot, a lot, a lot of time on and have really studied a lot, which is sexual energy and what that can do and how that can transform and all the different things. And if you don't understand what that is, which I'm sure you do an example is and this is men, I'm speaking to you guys out there but if you're lifting weights and a gorgeous girl walks in and you're pumping iron and all of a sudden you're doing the bench press and she walks up and she's watching you, I guarantee you you're going to press more energy, you're going to press more weight, you're going to push harder because of that sexual tension and energy that's in your body instantly goes.

Speaker 1:

Watch me, I'm a stud, you know, and we're not going to get into that. Obviously, in this I'm a stud, you know, and we're not going to get into that, obviously, in this, this segment. But I am saying you need to be aware of this energy and you need to understand it from a feminine energy and a masculine energy and understand that they are very, very different and very, very critical to how you build energy in your system and build energy for what you're doing in life.

Speaker 2:

Anything else you want to say about that I?

Speaker 1:

won't say anymore. We'll do a different podcast on it.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, let's do another podcast on it because it is you know, it's life force, energy.

Speaker 1:

So it's a hundred percent creation and life force energy period.

Speaker 2:

Yep, okay, we'll go back to transcendental energy of Duende. So the poet Garcia Lorca introduced the term Duende as a mysterious force and unearthly and passionate energy that artists tap into to achieve raw, authentic expression. And Duende actually comes from deep within, rooted in struggle, pain and authenticity. It's also what makes our energy and the things we bring forth into this world transcendental, because it's raw, it's primal and it's unfiltered. Now, in Clarissa Pincola Estes' audiobook the Late Bloomer, she talks about a story in Garcia's Havana lectures about a flamenco contest. All the beautiful young men and women danced and they danced beautifully. But it was the old woman who came out with the broken-down shoes, veiny legs, her hands worn with age, stringy, dirty hair and her torn dress and moving her hands gracefully, winding and winding her hands on her wrists, over her head. She gave one violent stomp on the floorboards, threw her head back and won the competition. Why this is a quote? Because she had been cut down, taken down the river, turned into something different from where she started, had lived life down at the bottom, had taken good record of it and it was all still inside of her. So you know if you've had challenges, trials and disappointment after disappointment, but you're still awake, you're still standing, you're still here, wanting to live and live fully. Your inner fire is waiting for you to tap into it. True energy, the kind that inspires and moves other, doesn't come from external, polish or superficial perfection. It comes from tapping into our raw, authentic core, our struggles, our passions and truth In the context of confidence and magnetism. This means embracing imperfections, leaning into vulnerability and allowing our inner fire to shine through. Duende reminds us that the energy we project is most impactful when it's deeply authentic. Just like the flamenco dancer with Duende captivates an audience, a person aligned with their inner energy becomes magnetic, drawing others to their presence with an irresistible force.

Speaker 2:

Now, this newsletter and our podcast is about playing full out. Newsletter and our podcast. It was about playing full out. Playing full out means leaving nothing on the table to have really lived. We had quite a discussion about this last night. It means showing up with every ounce of energy, passion and authenticity you have, even when it's uncomfortable. It's about silencing the whispers and, I would say, sometimes the screams of fear, pushing past the limits of what you thought was possible, rejecting lethargy, which has been a big thing for me to learn about in my life, and stepping boldly into the life you're meant to live. When you play full out, you're not just chasing dreams. You're creating a life so vibrant, so aligned and so magnetic that it pulls others to rise alongside you. So go all in, because anything less than your full energy is a disservice to the incredible potential that's within you.

Speaker 1:

So good, and just one thought that came to me is is that's why people that meet certain people in their life let's say Donald Trump, or let's say, uh, brock Obama both opposites, but both have the same skillset when you're in their presence, you feel like you're the only one.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

And that you're the only person in the world to them at that point in time, because they're fully engaged with you, and I think that's a superpower. So much so, and I'm not saying that good or bad, I'm just saying it is what it is. And so, when you find these authentic beings and you find people who truly care, and you find people that literally are like you said they've been through it, they've done it, they've had their feathers torn out, they've had the veins in their legs, they've done all the things, but yet they can stand there in their authentic self and say I'm still here, I played full out. That's why I'm where I'm at. I'm tattered because I played full out. I put this body to the test because I played full out. I did things that no one dreamed of doing. Because I played full out, I wasn't worried about what other people thought. I was worried about me living in my moments.

Speaker 2:

So good. Okay, we're going to switch to live updates. I feel like I should have a moment of silence there, alright. Well, every week seems to be going by faster and faster to me. Kind of did a lot of the same things this week as far as we've been playing pickleball, we took a lesson. We've been roping as we've been playing pickleball, we took a lesson, we've been roping, and we've been packaging candles. We did play pickleball together, though, and we won all of our games together, so that's pretty cool, really cool yeah.

Speaker 2:

Lots of amazing things happening in our iDoEpic groups and with our iDoEpic Elite clients, very, very proud of them and all they do. It's amazing. It is amazing. Then I've also been busy building a new website for an upcoming event. We're hosting, yep. We have not launched this to the world yet, but we're going to do it soon. You guys are the first to hear about it.

Speaker 1:

Yep.

Speaker 2:

So we are going to have a magnetic Las Vegas shopping experience coming in February. Yep, so if you're ready to master the art of stage style strategy, to unlock your next level persona and up-level your style, you can go to wwwmagneticidoepiccom to check it out and learn more Anything you want to say about that Magneticidoepiccom. Magneticidoepiccom. To check it out and learn more Anything you want to say about that Magnetic, I do epiccom. Magnetic. I do epiccom.

Speaker 1:

So there's a dot, so magnetic, I do epiccom, yes, sir. What I want to say about it is is that you know, um, as I go into um style, a lot of people think that when they're talking style, it's oh, bart's going to come buy me these clothes and I'm going to look different. And I don't want that to come across that way, because it's not about that. What style really is is creating the alter ego or your magnetic self into the person you want. So Spider-Man's style isn't a style you could put anybody else in, but it fits for Peter Parker and what he's trying to do. Now, that also being said, is a lot of stylists don't talk about the power of uniform and the power of why uniform is important to the audience. And you know I say this a lot. You know if an officer walked in and he was in you know flip-flops and tennis shoes and said hey you guys come attention, you know, but we're being robbed, let's go.

Speaker 1:

You'd be like funny a guy, just a poser.

Speaker 1:

I don't believe you. What's your badge number? What's this, what's that? How much work does he got to do to prove that he's a true officer there to help us, you know? And preventing that is a big deal because you want to make things quicker. Where what's funny in that same scenario is if you brought somebody that wasn't a real officer into that same audience, threw up a badge, would all still go and not even find out until later that he wasn't a real cop because he was in uniform that fit the audience of what he was trying to do, or she.

Speaker 1:

And so when I talk about this and we go through these things, it's a lot more than just talking about, oh, those pants look good, or you need this with this shirt, or you know, all of that's part of how it fits you, but it's not the core of being magnetic in what you're trying to do, understanding what types. You need a rock star outfit, you need a teaching outfit, you need a pitch outfit, you need a family outfit. Why are those important and why do you need those? You know it's a lot more than that and I've had people, lots and lots of people, want to hire me to do this service for them, which thank you. It's an honor and it's a privilege, but they don't quite want to invest $40,000 to have a one-on-one, exclusive experience like this.

Speaker 1:

This is going to be a lot of the things that you get, but it's in a group format. You'll get a lot of the stuff you need to and it's going to be just absolutely epic. We've done it two other times, huge success rates. Feel free to reach out If you want to meet any of those people. Talk to any of those people before you do something like this.

Speaker 2:

Do it, but you will go to every one of them that I know of and they will tell you it's not only raised their income, but it has absolutely helped them be so much more empowered in what they're trying to do that it was priceless for them. Yep, Exactly Okay. Xander's heading to Boise tomorrow with the high school pep band to play for his state football game. Yeehaw, pretty fun.

Speaker 1:

Hopefully Rigby brings the home the trophy again.

Speaker 2:

Yep, and that's kind of it that I've got.

Speaker 1:

Awesome. So thanks you guys. Hope you find energy in everything you're doing and, you know, find energy the way that it fits you and makes you more powerful. But the one thing that really came to mind in all of this is is that I know how high suicide rates are at this point in time because of all the Christmas and the Thanksgivings and all the stress that comes along with that, and I hope that you know that Sonny and I care enough that you do not need to do that. Do not take your life during this time period. Reach out. There are people that love you. We see you. We know how hard you're working. We know that you could be frustrated and down, but if you need somebody at this time, please let us be that. Or let somebody in your ecosystem show you how much they care, how much they love you, and do not take your life during this precious time Because, no, we love you, we care about you. And, that being said, this segment brought to you by I Do Epic.
