Bart:

Welcome to. We Play Full Out with Bart and Sunny Miller. Take it away, Sunny.

Sunny:

All right, Bart, I have a question for you. Have you ever faced a disappointment in business or in an activity you were trying to find great accomplishment in? Ever?

Bart:

So many times that I don't even want to count.

Sunny:

I've tried to forget about them. And have they compounded once in a while?

Bart:

Absolutely.

Sunny:

Did you get to the point where you felt stuck, frustrated, angry or ready to give up?

Bart:

Absolutely.

Sunny:

I distinctly remember one time I had trained for a half marathon that's what it was and I was in pretty good shape. But I started way too fast, which I knew better. But I just felt so good and by the end of that race I was picturing my tennis shoes hanging on a wall, on a nail, never to use them again. I was so mad. So these things happen. Then the negative energy kicks in and you start thinking why bother, even trying? I'm so done.

Bart:

Yeah, absolutely. I can feel every second of that in almost everything and every aspect of my life.

Sunny:

Yeah. So maybe some other examples a big business goal or money target that you wanted to hit and fell short even though you worked really, really hard, or you competed in a sport didn't place where you wanted to. Maybe you're even in a relationship where you're trying to make a difference, but it doesn't seem like anything you're doing is working.

Bart:

Yeah, I remember Leadville 100, man, I uh all the work, all the things, and then uh, have a chain break, you know, and like I spent so much money on that bike, I'd done all the things you know just to make sure it was perfect. And then there I was and uh, in a predicament you know.

Sunny:

And I want to say you weren't that short on your finishing time, Like if the chain hadn't broken you would have had another big belt buckle.

Bart:

Another big belt buckle, no doubt. Yeah. Yeah, it was one. Basically a whole hour I had to make up and I was only two minutes short of getting the big belt buckle. So it was not even in the same world and I'd worked and slept in a hypoxic tent. I had did all, I mean I wrote all the hours, I mean everything, and it came down to, yeah, but I will tell you, because of my preparation, I did have an extra chain, thank goodness. So there was a light, even though all of it could have destroyed everything. But because I was prepared, I was able to pull it out. But it was very discouraging.

Sunny:

Yeah, for sure. So today we're going to dive in and discuss how to reset your mindset quickly so you can go forward and win at your highest level, at whatever you're doing. Cause, man, those tough times come and sometimes we just want to be done.

Bart:

Yeah and uh, I I'm not sure cause I haven't read all this yet, but the biggest thing I'm just going to throw it out there as a nugget in resetting for me is having somebody in my corner. The beliefs in me they understand, I've done the preparation. They understand I can take the mental toughness. But you know, sometimes you need somebody to talk you off the ledge or to talk you through it, and I learned that in cycling because there's always a time, no matter where you're at that you're looking at yourself and I've never had a race, it's never happened and saying why am I doing this?

Sunny:

So good, I love it. Okay. So just kind of a reminder that the best in the world aren't the best because they always win. The best in the world are actually at the top because they're standing on a mountain of failures. They're the best because they've lost over and over and over again, but they've learned how to deal with it. So a few weeks ago, we discussed how much easier and lighter it is to approach life like it's a video game. It is to approach life like it's a video game. When you approach life this way, the setbacks and failures you are experiencing are simply just you attempting to level up. We already discussed that. Right, you don't have to go on an emotional roller coaster that makes you want to throw up and those things don't start to define you. It's just no, I'm just trying to level up. I'm going to define you. It's just no, I'm just trying to level it up. Going to try again.

Bart:

Let's go.

Sunny:

Well, this week we stumbled across a short address by Roger Federer on Instagram, and if you don't know who he is, he's the number one tennis player in history. He had 237 consecutive weeks at number one, Mind blowing especially. Oh my gosh, that sport is intense. I mean, every sport is, but that is grueling.

Bart:

Absolutely Plus. All well, not just plus but the you know, the travel, but all the things that goes in compounds on top of that and it's your body, yeah.

Sunny:

Yeah. So we thought this was so good, there were so many gold nuggets and I feel like it's kind of right along the line, a little bit of of making it a game, because you've got to learn how to quickly reset so that you can keep going forward, right. So here's kind of what he said, with some of our own little viewpoints thrown in there. The first thing he said is perfection is impossible. The first thing he said is perfection is impossible. So obviously we're human, we're not robots, but for some reason we think we need to be perfect or we aren't ever good enough, and I think you could go off on the whole. Not good enough thing for humans.

Bart:

Most definitely. I mean, I think in every aspect we find ways to believe that we're just not enough. And if you look at society today, they did a poll. I wish I could find that for you really quick off the top of my head. But basically, oh, this is what it was. It was an interview with Oprah Winfrey and uh, and they ask one thing and bottom line is Oprah said there's one question that's been, there's one statement that every person I've ever interviewed always said and it was like I was like Whoa, every interview bar.

Sunny:

I mean we're talking about top celebrities, top performers, top achievers presidentsidents of the United States even. Yeah.

Bart:

Okay, and they always said this one thing was that good enough? What do you think Like, was that okay, Was it good enough? And the reason we would ask that question is is because we question ourselves in all the things we do. So if you don't think this is like one of the pinnacle things that all of us struggle with, think again. So it's important, important, important to learn this.

Sunny:

Love it. Yes, thank you. I remembered you telling me something about it, so I'm glad that you remembered that. So being good enough doesn't mean you have to be perfect.

Bart:

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Sunny:

And in Roger Federer's world. In the 1,526 singles matches he's played in his career, he won almost 80% of them of the matches. However, he only won 54% of the points in those matches. So even top-ranked tennis players in the world when barely half of the points they play, yep Is that good enough. It's crazy, huh? I mean, if I were to look at that statistic I'd be like no, you're not good enough.

Bart:

But you are yeah, and I think that's why so many times that, like you said, the reset's so critical. But that's why try, try, try again. You know, that's why Russell says one funnel away, that's why everybody keeps repeating that. But it's like you get so frustrated. But if we already knew the other side, we wouldn't be right, it would be a lot of fun. But at the end of the day we beat our head against the wall and I can't remember who talked about it. We just keep hitting the wall, and keep hitting the wall, and keep hitting the wall.

Sunny:

And then all of a sudden, we're like we make progress and we turn around and hit it again yeah, and it's like what in the world does it ever stop?

Bart:

And the answer is no, it doesn't stop. It doesn't, yeah, it doesn't stop, nope, nope.

Sunny:

So when you're only, you have to learn not to dwell on every shot. You teach yourself to think it's only a point. Every shot, whether it's an enormous failure or a massive win, that makes it to ESPN's top 10 playlist, is still just a point. So as those things come, it's like it's just a point. It's just a point. Go to the next point.

Bart:

Right, and one of my favorite statements so I was watching another thing here the other day and so I'm sorry I don't have it right here in front of me, but basically this king wanted a ring that when he was happy, it would remind him that he could be down, and but when he was down it would turn him into happiness I'm probably stating it wrong. And so he commissioned this young man to go find this ring that would do that for him. He wanted one ring that when he was unhappy it would make him happy and when he was happy it would actually make him unhappy. Like he could go back and forth with this ring. And so this this guy went out and he's looking everywhere and looking everywhere, and he's down to the last day that they're supposed to introduce this ring. And he goes to this ring maker and he goes look, the King wants this.

Bart:

And he tells him the story and this ring maker, as as brilliant as he was, says young man, I'll be right back, goes back, he starts working on this ring, working on it. After a few hours he comes back to him and he goes go, give the king this ring and everything will be fine. And he said okay, and so it's in this box and everything like that. And he's super nervous right and goes back, he gives it to the king and the king is so happy, this party's going on, he's going to unveil this ring. The king takes it out and he looks at it and he instantly is just like whoa, like oh my gosh, and it did exactly what it was supposed to do. And he read it again and then he was like I'm happy and and uh, what the ring said is this shall pass too.

Sunny:

And maybe I'm not saying it right, but I think that's kind of the quote. Yeah, I think that was this, too shall pass.

Bart:

This, too shall pass, yeah, and so I thought that was so brilliant. Because it doesn't matter where you're at in life, that's a statement we need tattooed on us. This shall pass, because when we know that and we see that, I don't know why, even if you're, you know, like, I hate to say it, even when I'm happy, I don't want to read that, but you, you know, you always have these ups, downs, all these things, but this shall pass.

Sunny:

Yeah, so good. Um, one of my favorite statements I've heard recently was from the I Am Celine Dion documentary, and I wish I had her exact words in front of me, but I don't. But she said something to the effect of that she loves doing live shows because that is where imperfections happen and it allows her to engage in a dance with humanity. So this is really deep. Are you ready?

Sunny:

So, ready, so ready. So if a mark of our humanity is actually imperfection, then you could say being imperfect is actually being a perfect human. Amen, right, it's beautiful. Yeah, I love that.

Sunny:

Okay, so we've gone from teaching ourselves not to dwell on every shot, knowing that things are going to pass, and then we've got to go to. When you are playing a point, it has to be the most important thing in the world. So you've got to be able to let the last point go or, you know, the last effort in whatever you're doing. So Ludville chain broke didn't make the time. Got to let it go, amen, because what is currently in front of you has to meet the most important thing in the world, and it is. But when it's behind you, again it's behind you.

Sunny:

And this mindset is absolutely crucial because it frees you to fully commit to the next point and the next point after that, with intensity, clarity and focus. Yeah, next point after that, with intensity, clarity and focus, like if you would have sat and dwelled on missing your time or whatever, and that's all you can think about when you go into your next race. You can't fully show. It doesn't free you to show up with that intensity and that focus and all the things you need to do to be present in that moment.

Bart:

Yeah, you have stuck energy and that's the big thing and I think this goes in relationship too, if you want to really get into it is is that so much we want to dwell in the past, to bring the past up? Reality is it doesn't matter. It's past, what's today, what's the future, what are we working on right? This second, and all the gurus and everything I've ever read to this point in my life always said there's only one thing that matters right now.

Sunny:

Yeah, this minute.

Bart:

It's the present moment and because we just don't know what's going to happen, like literally, you could serve the next guy is going to pass over and die. I mean, I don't mean to say it that way, but all that matters is right now and your energy in this minute, this moment, it's all that matters of them say like the past doesn't exist, you can't touch it. It's not there, it's not tangible, neither is the future.

Sunny:

Yeah, exactly, the future doesn't exist either, but we could go on a deep dive on this, and maybe we will in our next newsletter about conditioning, because that's become something in the forefront of what I've been thinking of. And sometimes the past can condition us if we allow it to, and that's how it stays alive in the present, but it doesn't need to.

Bart:

Yeah, you know, and we've said this before you know, your personal reality is what's become your personality, you know, and so that's anyway, let's not get off on a tangent.

Bart:

I know I want to, so tempting right now but just remember these things as you're going through stuff in all your different things that you've just got to clear the mechanism and you need to figure out a way to clear the mechanism. Sonny and I teach a program called magnetic that I think is one of the quickest ways If you struggle with this a lot to clear the mechanism. Nonetheless, you still have to clear the mechanism.

Sunny:

Yeah, yeah. So circle back around. So when it's behind you, it's behind you, which allows you to show up and fully commit to the present moment. Um, I figured this out. Obviously, in pickleball men, I get on that court and sometimes I become a rage beast and I get so mad and frustrated and it's just been a really good lesson to me to be like no, like what shot is coming at me right now? That's all that's important. So I just want to bring up here there was a time when you were in a pickleball tournament and you were down, I thought by like 10, they only needed one more point to win. Correct, and I don't know about you, but that's a really tough mindset place to be in, cause it's like a lot of people would just throw their hands up and say game over, whatever it's done, move on, but not you. You and your teammate took it one point at a time, one shot at a time, and you came back and you won the match and this was like intense pickleball. You guys have been playing all day already.

Bart:

Here you are in this situation. Go to the final round. Here you are in this situation.

Sunny:

Go to the final round.

Bart:

Go to the final round, and this was. We were at zero at that point, which was super frustrating.

Bart:

It seemed like everything they touched on the other side was just going in, it was gold, yeah, and so we both actually took a break for a second and I just said basically, in essence, we're bird dogs and we're just going to go after that ball, one ball at a time, and don't lose focus of anything, but just that ball. Anytime we see it, anytime it's there, and the only thing we're going to do is just hit it in, no crazy shots, just hit it in and, uh, we just tackled one ball at a time until we were in the wind.

Sunny:

Love it. That is a perfect example of being present, and what's important in front of you right now is the most important thing. Yep, and the truth is, whatever game you play in life, sometimes you're going to lose, whether it's a point, a match, a failed Facebook ad campaign, a failed webinar conversion rate, a failed relationship, a failed product launch, and so on. Life seems to be this way by design. That's how we grow. Nobody I know wins at everything. I'm not sure I would even want to meet that person. It's actually an emotional roller coaster with many ups and downs, and it's natural when we're on the downside of the roller coaster to start doubting ourselves and to feel sorry for ourselves. And the truth is, everyone around you feels the same way. Even people who are at the top, like we said earlier, still struggle with self-doubt and all the things. But negative energy is wasted energy.

Bart:

And I had a friend in high school and I'll never forget, cause we used to, I used to actually I'm not going to lie, judge him a lot on this because it almost bothered me Like it didn't almost bother me, it bothered me very much and he had on the back of his truck Kelly Rules, and every time and his name was Kelly and his name was Kelly, and every time didn't matter if you won or lost, kelly Rules, I'm the best.

Bart:

And I'd be like you just got your butt kicked, yeah, but Kelly rules, man, I rule. And I was always like, how can you? I mean, he was so fun to be around, but it was almost to me it was very egotistical, right, because of how it come across, but he just believed Kelly ruled and it was amazing how many things went his way and how just never seemed like he had a bad day because Kelly ruled, you know, and I was like dude, like. But it taught me, now that I'm older and been through so many things, of how important and what a great thing he actually did for himself in his life.

Sunny:

It is great. It's really great because I mean, how many times do we get stuck on this negative energy? And it is wasted energy and it drains us and takes all of our life source energy away and the things we want to accomplish makes us so much harder where it was just like no, I'm good, yep, I'm good, let's go.

Bart:

Or how many people try to put us down. Yeah, I'm good, yep, I'm good, so good, let's go. Or how many people try to put us down. Yeah, we don't care. Nope, that matter, all right.

Sunny:

Closing words are from Roger Federer himself. He said you want to become a master at overcoming hard moments. This is a sign of a champion. The best in the world are not the best because they win every point. It's because they know how. They know they lose again and again and have learned how to deal with it. You accept it, cry it out if you need to, and then force a smile. You move on, be relentless, adapt and grow. Work harder, work smarter.

Bart:

Wow, well said by a champion, yeah.

Sunny:

Yeah, I love it. Okay, have a book recommendation this week, let's go.

Sunny:

It's called the Great Pain Deception by Stephen, and I do not know how to pronounce his last name Ozanich is my guess, o-z-a-n-i-c-h. This book dives into the connection between the mind and the body and how what we might be manifesting as pain in our bodies is actually unrecognized and unreleased emotions, particularly rage. So just throwing that out there. If you have chronic anything that you haven't been able to find an answer for, this book is worth reading. It's actually even past the point of talking about pain.

Sunny:

We kind of brought up the subject a few minutes ago about conditioning and how powerful that is and how we can become like. If you've heard the story of Pavlov's dog, where the owner would ring a bell and then feed the dog, ring a bell and feed the dog and then all he had to do is ring a bell and the dog would start salivating like he was going to be fed. That same thing happens to us in our bodies and it's absolutely crazy. So sometimes when we want to get past things maybe some past emotional issues or things that have triggered us we can tell ourselves all day long that we're past them and our bodies will think differently.

Bart:

Yeah, such a powerful law, have laws, law, you know, like it's just one of those things that we take for granted. We think it's funny in animals and we think it's funny in all those things, but we don't relate it to ourselves, which is so interesting right, it's so funny how we see so many studies, but oh, it's just not us.

Bart:

But anyway, I guess what I'm getting at here is exactly what you just said, which is we can be trained and mind like washed and programmed, and we've talked about this so many times. I feel like it's in our vocabulary all the time. But it's just like, once we get a grasp on this, the game can be different, and that's what's fun about it.

Sunny:

Yeah, same can be different, and that's what's fun about it. Yeah, so if you're listening, this is a fun little exercise. Sit down and move your right foot in a clockwise motion. So just if you're sitting on a chair, it's up in the air a little bit. Move it clockwise. Then reach out with your right hand while you're doing that and draw a number six in the air and see what happens. Yep, get some conditioning. But I think the most exciting part about conditioning to me is like yes, you can have negative conditioning, but you can turn that around and use it in your favor, right? Yep, very cool. Anything else you want to add there?

Bart:

Nope, nope, so good Okay.

Sunny:

So life updates. It's been a hyper busy week. We just got home from Vegas on Sunday and have been preparing to head there again for a full week. We noticed that the PPA tour is going to be in Vegas the same time we are, so we adjusted our flights to arrive on Saturday and we're going to hit the semifinals and the finals and watch the pros play.

Bart:

And so what she's talking about. If you don't know what the PPA is the pickleball association. So that's right. We actually adjusted our flights so that we could go watch that and just enjoy and spend some time. We've been wanting to do that. We actually want to do it with Xander too, which is kind of a bummer he can't be there.

Sunny:

Yeah, he missed it by a week.

Bart:

Yeah, but that's, that's okay, we'll get him to one, we'll go fill it out, understand how to run it and uh, have him at one of those tournaments.

Sunny:

So we're super stoked about that, and we've hit the courts a few times this week too, which has been really fun.

Bart:

Yeah. And then big shout out to Christopher Voss. Um, he actually sent me a really cool picture with me and dozer that I was able to put with dozers ashes. That was just a cool memory and I just wanted to big shout out to him and thank him this week for sending that over to. It was very nice.

Sunny:

And while we're thanking people, um, actually had my daughter, kenya, tell me that somebody that I went to high school with brought bought her a wedding gift. Oh so Josh Jackson shout out to you Thank you for sending Kenya a gift.

Bart:

Yeah.

Sunny:

Very, very thoughtful.

Bart:

Yeah, and thank you for all of you guys that keep us in your prayers and all the things that you do that we don't get to recognize here on this.

Sunny:

Yeah.

Bart:

We're so grateful for everybody out there. You guys are just so kind A hundred percent, and then in Vegas. Yeah.

Sunny:

We cannot wait to meet up with our magnetic crew. I know, I am actually really excited so we have some really fun things planned and we're going to hit some amazing shops and maybe have a surprise visitor pop in on us while we're doing that and we have an amazing gift for them that I'm actually really stoked to give them and, incidentally, 21 pilots will be in Vegas on Saturday, so we're going to go watch the pickleball and then Bart is going to spoil me rotten and take me to the concert again.

Bart:

Yeah Well, you know what I love to not only spoil Sonny. But one of the things we find in relationship and in things is that we just don't always have enough fun and we're not able to just go and enjoy stuff as much as we want to. And where it's something that she enjoys so much, why the heck not, Right? So I'm actually really stoked to just be there for her and not that I don't enjoy the music, but actually spoil her and just go have fun again and see what different it'll be in Vegas.

Sunny:

Yeah, we're sitting on the other side, just to get a different view. So yeah, and that's what I love about Bart is like, yes, he'll take me, but he won't be a grump about it, like he's going to go and he's going to play full out with me while we're there, and I appreciate that so, so much, because he's my partner, he's my best friend and if he's not enjoying it, I guarantee I wouldn't be.

Bart:

Yeah, it's one thing I've learned in life and this is a side note, we can talk more about this is but I love different cultures, I love to experience different things, I love to try different things, but I find if you don't try them playing full out, you always find a resistance or you'll find a way to go away. So let me give an example, because we use gaming, you know, as a rodeo cowboy. Right, if I was out with my regular ecosystem, the people that I know and I'm around, they have certain mannerisms, beliefs, the way they go about things. You know all those things you just find that you become very comfortable with and that's just the way it is. And I'll never forget the.

Bart:

I had an opportunity because I'd hired a young man to work for us and he was in the gaming space and he invited me over to one of these gaming parties and, uh, in fact it was Brian Zill. So shout out to Brian Zill. But anyway, uh, we got there and I took everything. I I'm not going to say it took a lot for me to go to, cause I'm like I'm going to be, around all these guys.

Bart:

I know nothing, you know, but I went there and I just literally played full out and I'm telling you like I just, yeah, they were different, yeah, they dress different, yeah, their talk was totally different, yeah, all the things were different. But when I just decided that you know so what? And I just like, hey, I don't know, I don't know this, that and the other, and they just brought me in and just had so much fun, I was like it's really fun to just get to know other people and what they do and their quirks and the things that they joke about and all the things. And that really helped me in my life to just want to be part of trying a new food. Like it's like, oh my gosh, really, we're going to eat that.

Bart:

But then I'm like no, I'm going to eat it as if it's steak for me and I'm just going to enjoy it and try it and just see what it's all about and just have fun. And all of a sudden it's just like I really do like that, it's really enjoyable. So I know it's a whole tangent there. I just kind of went on, but I'm just I love to watch Sunny in the musical world and just to see the way she can relate not just to the music but the creativity and the flow of things and just all that kind of stuff and it's just really fun for me, so super stoked, to get the opportunity and once again, if you have a partner and you're in there into something totally different than you, you know, if it helps, go play full out or figure out how you can and see what happens.

Sunny:

Yeah, I love that You've been such a good example to me of that, because I have been one, for some reason, just wanting to put labels on myself and staying in my lane and not venturing out past, something that I just already know I love. So I look somewhere else, you know, but it's been really, really good and expansive for me, and I'm not going to say that it's easy all the time, but like it can be fun, just like you said, it just depends on how you approach it, it totally is A hundred percent Yep.

Sunny:

All right. Xander had his orientation day for ninth grade Off. He goes to high school and all the fun times that comes with it. Super excited for him in the upcoming school year. Also a reminder how freaking fast time flies, you bet, holy cow. Really fast. Then Mercedes has been crushing it getting candles ready for fourth quarter. We had to get the old tractor out yesterday and load up some pallets of wax and tins and haul them over. We probably already mentioned this, but we turned our garage into a candle manufacturing facility for fourth quarter and she's made about 2,000 candles and 5,000 more to go before the baby comes.

Bart:

Yep Excited.

Sunny:

Yeah, there's still time to grab a ticket to watch Funnel Hacking Live International at your home. We would love it if you would join us for our breakout session. Dates are September 4th through the 7th, I think we were told. The second day is our session. Yep, awesome. Anything more you want to say about that?

Bart:

No, I think there's there's so much to learn there and I think the biggest thing I, if there's anything is, is just take one thing at a time and don't overwhelm yourself. And if you you know, just go through it pick one thing, but you can literally look at yourself and say, oh my gosh, so-and-so said this or this you know.

Bart:

And then all of a sudden you're changing so much that the event actually destroys you and discourages you more than helps you so what I would say is just go through it, take a lot of notes, then stand back and look at it from a different perspective and decide. If there's one thing that you can implement, go implement that one thing, but don't blow your whole system up or don't all of a sudden change everything just because you attended something.

Sunny:

Yeah, I love that, I do. I like to take notes and like if something I know applies to me right, then you know I'll put it on that list. And if things are like, ooh, that sounds really interesting, something I want to do, but like, no, it's going to throw me clear off course of where I'm going put it elsewhere. And then I always think it's going to throw me clear off course of where I'm going put it elsewhere. And then I always think it's a really good thing if you can take another day after the event and just decompress and really map out a plan, if you did get something golden there that you know that you want to implement right now.

Bart:

Yeah, and don't just go vomit on your team. Give it a week sit with it and then, if it's really right, take action yeah, um so funnel hacking livecom forward slash bart dash, sunny dash miller let's go let's go and then justa little shout out that we're on instagram.

Sunny:

I'll have the links here. They're also usually in our show notes. So planning on doing a lot of filming throughout our whole Vegas experience and we'd love to see you there Going to do some behind the scenes fun stuff with the shopping and all the things going on going down yeah. And then just really, finally, we'd love to know your thoughts on our newsletter like, and our podcast, I guess, um, what you like about it, what you don't like about it and if there's something you'd like us to talk about.

Bart:

Yep, yeah and please, once again. We always ask this, but we want to keep asking if you can share this, even with one friend. It only needs to grow one at a time and it would make a huge difference for us to get this moving along at the level we would love to see it and, you know, playful out with us. Once again, there's there's nothing that we're not willing to talk about, explore and go through. So submit your questions, you know, and let us know that, and we'll we'll get to work on them.

Sunny:

Yeah, send those to sunny at, I do epiccom.

Bart:

Let's go, anything else, sonny.

Sunny:

That's a wrap part Cool.

Bart:

So once again we'll be in Las Vegas, um, and uh, if you're going to be there, please let us know that also. Um, and we'd love to meet up and say hi to you. But, uh, just this week get out there and try to clear your mechanism. You know, do this little exercise and just, uh, when things happen or things that just clear your mechanism, start from there and just go at it full bore and see what happens. Because it's funny in any sport I've ever played, when you see somebody start to get discouraged is when somebody else attacks. And if you can just not get discouraged or show that discouragement in any way, shape or form, it's hard to see a weakness in the chink or in the armor right, so you just want to go boom, and then that changes the entire game and the energy of the game. So with that, this segment is brought to you by, I Do Epic.
