Welcome to. We Play Full Out by Bart and Sunny Miller. Take it away, Sunny.
Sunny:Bart, I love to take it away.
Bart:Yeah, you do, I do.
Sunny:You're so good at it, I'm so good at it. Oh boy, this week is going to be a little different for our newsletter. Good, because usually we kind of like have a set format and stuff, but we're going to mix things up because we can. We're going to chat it up, like have a set format and stuff, but we're going to, we're going to mix things up because we can.
Bart:We're going to chat it up.
Sunny:We're going to do more chatting than we are reading Good.
Bart:I like it, let's go.
Sunny:Okay, so first of all, this week we have been putting a lot of time and energy and effort into cleaning up our property and our yard.
Bart:Yeah.
Sunny:The main focus was because we are having a baby shower and bridal reception here. But as we were talking earlier today, you reminded me that pressure gets things done.
Bart:Pressure is what makes diamonds, makes things happen. Deadlines are lifelines. Yep.
Sunny:Yeah, deadlines are lifelines, yep, and we've talked about that, you know, off and on a little about pleasure versus pain and why we need to implement some of that pain in our lives, but it's so relevant this week that you know, if we didn't have that hanging over our heads, yes, we would still do some yard work, of course, but it's taking it, it's getting it done and it's taking it to the next level.
Bart:Yeah, most definitely is, and it even down to. What's interesting for me is making sure equipment is fixed and working, and you know, it's amazing what it takes to do some of these things and when you don't outsource it which we easily could do, you know but yet we have all this equipment already bought, and so what I guess I'm getting at is it's really made me put a lot of energy into maintaining oil changes, fuel new, this, new that to make sure all the stuff is running. Great to be able to make the yard look the way we want to make it look and appear the way we want to make it appear. Now, what a lot of people don't understand is most people that come to our location can see almost all of our six acres. So when we say a yard, we're not talking about a lawn, we're talking about a facility and all around the facility. So it's like pastures, it's this, that, the other, to make sure all looks good and manicured. So when people get there, it's not just oh my gosh, they only mow their lawn.
Sunny:That is so true. And since we like to go into analogies and things in life in general, right, we like to look at deeper meanings. I mean, the same could be true for business.
Bart:Yep.
Sunny:Like I will launch something and it's there and it's okay, but there's still so much maintenance that has to be done. Yeah, things still need to be fixed up. Maybe an email isn't as good as it could be, or and you're spending all this time maintaining and fixing up, at the same time trying to launch something big, just like with our you know events that are coming up. We're still maintaining, we're working hard, we're trying to get things to happen. At the same time, there's a bigger, bigger thing that's needing to happen too.
Bart:Yeah, and that's interesting you bring it up, because that also can take equipment, and equipment's like coaching, it can take learning how to do stuff. It can take all sorts of things to make all that kind of thing happen. And, just like you know, for us that's meant tractors, that's meant lawn, and they're all investments.
Sunny:Oh for sure, and assets.
Bart:Yeah, if you get a return on them. Well, yeah, you know what I'm saying, though, but anyway, it's just cool to look at everything. Everything has a system and a recipe and a whole thing around it, that's for sure. It doesn't matter what you're doing.
Sunny:And, of course, we could apply it to relationships as well. Yeah, because there's a lot of maintaining, a lot of fixing up that needs to happen in relationships, but at the same time, I think we're always trying to do something bigger at the same time.
Bart:Yeah, yeah, yeah. And that's the funny part is, you know the weeds will grow if you don't maintain them. But if you maintain them you're going to get one or two, but you know they're not as dramatic as having a thousand weeds.
Sunny:Well, and I also like I don't think I'm going to get this saying off or right off the top of my head, but basically, if you don't plant anything, weeds will grow, amen. So if you are not proactively working on some area, then there are going to be some weeds growing and, like you just said, you're going to have a thousand of them instead of like 10.
Bart:Yep, exactly so Good stuff.
Sunny:Deep thoughts.
Bart:Yeah, it's awesome, though you know that's what makes it fun for this podcast and for people to listen is that you know what it's fun to just think about things and talk about things and just see how they relate.
Sunny:Yeah, but kind of back to the initial thought. Pressure is always looked at as a bad thing, I think, because it's stress, it's pressure, it's this or that. But it's actually a blessing. Yeah, Because well, and only if you're pressuring yourself in the right direction.
Sunny:Yeah, that's what I'm trying to say. So if you're using pressure in a way that's benefiting your life, it's a big blessing. Amen, cool. Okay, some quick business updates. This week in our I Do Epic Elite program, you taught on the power of YouTube and how to successfully create a YouTube channel.
Bart:Yeah, I did, and it was awesome because the students that I have right now and they're just so elite and so awesome, you know. But they always remind me of all the programs I've created and not launched to the world, and it's humbling sometimes to think of all the things that you and I've created and not launched to the world. And it's humbling sometimes to think of all the things that you and I have created and not launched to the world, including a YouTube course and a whole thing around YouTube. As a matter of fact, we did have some stuff out there.
Sunny:We did.
Bart:With YouTube.
Sunny:We even had a video academy at one point.
Bart:We did.
Sunny:That was a long time ago we had GoFast Video Academy.
Bart:Yep, Yep, and so it was fun because you know I love YouTube. It's one of the most powerful things out there.
Sunny:Still, I used to do it a lot. It is not going anywhere.
Bart:It's not going anywhere, and it really made me want to revisit it and do it again. I love to be on camera, I love to talk and I love to grow audiences. Talk and I love to grow audiences. So I might even start a Bart and Sonny YouTube channel.
Sunny:What do you think about that? Well, we've talked about.
Bart:Maybe just like turning the camera on while we're doing our podcast here, yeah, and I think it'd be a blast and it'd be a lot of fun. And I think the more we can share to the world things that we have, the funner it is. And, like I said, youtube's biggest thing, if you want, the big key, is create content that people want to watch.
Sunny:Whoa Amazing, isn't it?
Bart:Anyway, it was a lot of fun. I'm grateful I had the opportunity to teach them and to just re-look at all the YouTube stuff I've created in the past.
Sunny:Yeah, that was really cool and I'm really excited to see what they do with that because I would say this group that we have right now are the most action-oriented people we've worked with to date.
Bart:They're getting after it.
Sunny:They listen and then they go Implement and it's awesome.
Bart:Amen.
Sunny:And then also with our elites, you are having them read a book called Born to Run. I love that book.
Bart:Such a great book.
Sunny:It is such a great book, but there are some serious marketing ninja tips in that book and you said this earlier and I loved it. We absolutely dare you to read it and not want to run, even if you hate running. Yeah, and isn't that the power of writing something? Like, we want people to not only take action, but doing it with enthusiasm and passion. Because, man, when I read that book yes, I got the stinking shoes, I got barefoot shoes instead of just running barefoot. I ate it up.
Bart:Yeah, and that's the beauty of finding things that can move anybody regardless if they want to be moved, because it's so well put together. And not only does it do that, but it entertains you at the same time through the stories, through the moments, through this, the, that, the other. And I just I always said, if I could, if I was a great writer, that would be the kind of book I would literally break down and write. Because it was one of those books when I personally picked it up and I am not a book reader, I am a book listener but not a book reader and when I picked that book up I could not put it down. And no, it's not just because of the sex moments in it.
Sunny:Whatever, just kidding.
Bart:But really they integrated so many different things and it reminds me a lot of the Clarissa. When you read and watch her, like you can't listen to her work and I've listened to a lot of it because I'll come across it with you or whatever You'll show me stuff she just has a way of how things are told and how they're expressed and all the things that, no matter who you are, you're going to get an outcome and you want the outcome that she's giving you.
Sunny:Yeah, it's beautiful and I think um well with her work. But with born to run also, it's like it's it's a story that's entertaining, it's educational and then it's like inspirational. So it kind of has all these elements that kind of really ignite this thing and you're like I'm human, I am born to run, and it gets you excited about it. Agreed, so good, very cool. So if you want a great read and also just want to check it out from a marketing standpoint, do it. Highly recommend Amen Okay. Do it Highly recommend Amen Okay. In further news and exciting news, we have been asked to speak in a breakout room at Funnel Hacking Live International.
Sunny:All of a sudden, that word sounded weird to me.
Bart:Yeah, I'm excited. I was really grateful and they were so kind and asked us to speak and we're going to speak on a topic that I'm stoked about so fun, so fun, so fun, right, and the magnetic self and what it's all about, and the privilege I get to style and dress Russell Brunson and the key things that we're going to talk about there and how to style yourself for events. So, if you've ever wanted to support us, buy a ticket and just watch us virtually. You don't have to attend anything else. Just buy a ticket. It's worth it.
Bart:They're super inexpensive, especially for the kind of content you're going to get. You get to watch it from home and I would love and Sunny would love your support in that. That would be awesome and we would love for you to be part of it with us. So let us know, and we do love for you to be part of it with us. So let us know. And we do have an affiliate link. So if you do want to buy it, we would love for you to buy it through our affiliate link so they see that we promoted and that we do have an audience out there that wants to support us and help us in our endeavors.
Sunny:Yes, absolutely Super exciting. Not the big stage Right, but baby steps.
Bart:Steps to get there. Baby, let's go.
Sunny:So fun. Do we want to talk any more about what we'll be presenting or do we want to move on?
Bart:No, I think we move on.
Sunny:I think most people I mean, I love your story about Marilyn, yeah.
Bart:Yeah, I think I've said it, but let's do it. I mean Marilyn Monroe, right? If you're looking for your magnetic self, you got to understand that sometimes you can't do it as your own identity. So her real name is Norma Jean, and Norma Jean knew that she needed to be somebody else to become what she wanted to become, and I think that's a great realization. And I think what a lot of people don't realize is it happens more often than not.
Sunny:Yeah, I've been surprised yeah it'll freak you out.
Bart:When you really study this. It's like what, michael Jackson, are you kidding me? Bo Jackson, are you kidding me? I mean Spider-Man. I mean, come on Like it's really. It's more relevant than you think and you may have even done some of it in your own life. So I've broke all that down and I'm bringing it to the world with my amazing queen, sunny, and we're talking about how to become your magnetic self, how I have done that multiple times in my life, from being the billion dollar cowboy to the goat man, to you know, so on. So it's been a lot of fun. We're going to share that and plus, we're going to teach you how critical it is, when you go to an event, to be that magnetic person and how to stand out above a crowd.
Sunny:I love it, let's go. Yeah, let's do it.
Bart:Let's play full out.
Sunny:Let's play full out. Please come join us. The link will be in the newsletter, but I'll also put it in the show notes.
Bart:So it'll be easy to find. Please join us and share it with your friends and have them join us too.
Sunny:All right, we're just going to talk about life for a minute now.
Bart:Okay, let's do it.
Sunny:So our big date night is coming up this weekend, and we can hardly wait.
Bart:Yeah, and we're Western themed to. It is what we decided, that's right. So I know that does sounds crazy to other people because we are Western anyways, but we're theming it because of just the fun that we love Western and we're going to do a photo shoot and it's going to be a blast. I'm stoked about that. And then we've decided that we're going to stay in our horse trailer because it's Western themed on property and we've decorated it, put a bunch of stuff out there and things like that. So it's like an.
Bart:Uh, it's like an Airbnb that we've rented and we've just set it up for the adventure, and so we have a PMF mat. We put it out there. We have some different things that we bought this actual month that are like rollers that have vibration to them. We also it's kind of like a Theragun, and so we're going to do some massage stuff, which is going to be awesome, super stoked about. But what I'm really really stoked about is I watched a course on sacred geometry and they did a bunch of energy things that were just awesome and I loved how much energy it created by doing these exercises. So we're going to do those exercises, which is going to be a ton of fun, because I'm super stoked to share them with you and to just see what they do. And yeah, I don't know if there's anything else.
Sunny:We are going to sleep under the stars.
Bart:Yeah, yeah. So we bought a awesome air mattress that can be on the ground rocks, whatever, doesn't matter, it's not supposed to tear and we're going to sleep on that outside under the stars for part of the night, just like a good old cowboy would.
Bart:Yep Super under the stars for part of the night, just like a good old cowboy would. Yep, super fun, yeah. So if you've never done that before, you ought to do it. Try it out. We just give you a whole idea Western themed, go for it. If you need our horse trailer, let us know, let's go.
Sunny:Okay, so we just mentioned that you watched Sacred Geometry, that's on Gaia, yeah, and you loved it.
Bart:I did. I actually really like it because it was, you know, when you're able to expand in things that you already know are critical. So if you're in any type of traditional religion, you understand that there is generally a Godhead and then there are apostles. There are all these different things.
Sunny:Prophets or leaders, prophets, whatever, yeah.
Bart:And so in doing that. But what a lot of people don't realize is the significance in the numbers of those different things and the numbers that are tied to pyramids or that are tied into Jewish religion. I mean, there's about these numbers and what they really mean and why they're critical in our lives and how I need to pay more attention to them and not just for no better term, just oh, it's just a number, cause it's not just a number. Also, it was really cool because he taught different ways to test things. That I think is just really awesome to learn and to figure out and I love I love the true science that backs up sacred geometry.
Sunny:Well, and when you think about it, it's math.
Bart:Yeah, exactly A hundred percent.
Sunny:There's nothing more universal and no more true than math.
Bart:Yeah, exactly so. So, yeah, it was a beautiful thing. Four day course, lots to learn, lots that I took away from it. Really grateful, I spent the time with it. The instructor was absolutely amazing. I loved all his background and what he brought to the table. So big shout out to Gaia TV for bringing that and for the opportunity to get to watch that.
Sunny:Awesome and kind of in that same vein, sort of. We went to Tyler Watson's home. He actually moved 20 minutes away from us.
Bart:So cool.
Sunny:And we sat in front of his Tesla biocharger.
Bart:Yeah, it was really awesome. We got charged up, charged up, baby, let's go. Yeah, it was really awesome. We got charged up, charged up, baby, let's go.
Sunny:Yeah, really cool. We know we're geeks, but we're not going to lie, we kind of like it.
Bart:We do like it, and that's why we're sharing all this with you is because you know our bodies are, they're critical things and our energy systems are a big deal, and so, while we were at Tyler's, his amazing wife was had the meta on and was going to do some workouts, and so we actually got us some metas too.
Sunny:We did, and I would like to know who out there has some yeah it'd be fun.
Sunny:And like what games you're playing or what you're using it for, because it's all brand new to us. And I was absolutely mind blown because I've kind of been staying away from that world because I feel like like we isolate ourselves so much already and I was like, okay, so now we're all going to put headsets on and like just be gone from, like, yep, you know socializing and being humans, but when I put that on, I was in a different planet, yep, yep. Like I literally felt like I just stepped into a whole nother world, yep, and so my mind is still very blown over that. But Xander put it on me today and turned on a YouTube video and it was literally like I was sitting in a huge theater watching this YouTube video in front of me.
Bart:So I'm actually excited to like explore the technology a little more and just understand it and what I love about it is is you watch gaia, you watch this uh stuff, and then, all of a sudden, you realize that your brain works exactly the same way as technology. You have that screen out there. You have to build the ability to move them. You have have to shrink them, make them smaller, play the game. You know we are what technology is today and being built and we don't even realize it. But what we're doing is we're just building us.
Sunny:Yeah, it's true, and I've heard that before. Even like the whole internet system, even microchips and stuff like it, all exists within us in an organic matter, and they've just learned how to turn that into machines.
Bart:Yeah Well, it's the real world, right? They're just using it.
Sunny:Crazy, cool. Okay, and then also along those same lines, we've been working with Dr Gabe Roberts one-on-one, and he has a book called From Pain to Purpose. Yeah, I'll have the link here. It is an eye-opener changer. Um, I think we've talked about it briefly before and there's a lot around it, but just go get the book yeah, it's a must read.
Bart:For sure it really is. It's awesome.
Sunny:They're just great humans we're also super excited he will be coming in and coaching um our magnetic people so that's going to start in september and holy freak, we're yeah we're so excited for all of our people. All right, xander's first big drive is coming up on Monday for driver's ed.
Bart:Yeah, does that mean saxophone? No, saxophone. How's he doing on the?
Sunny:sax. His teacher's out next week anyway, so Monday and Wednesday he'll be driving for four hours each day Nice, and then I don't know if he's like done at that point.
Bart:Who knows, we'll find out.
Sunny:Yeah, kobe's coming home from Hawaii for a week for the wedding.
Bart:So we'll be able to see that kiddo yeah.
Sunny:And then we took some time and headed out to the arena to ride horses together.
Bart:Yeah, just the two of us. We should do it again.
Sunny:We should do it again. The weather's been absolutely beautiful.
Bart:Yep.
Sunny:And I mean, what better time than out in the arena with some beautiful animals? Amen to that, let's see here.
Bart:Sunny's printer quit working.
Sunny:Oh, but I got it working again, nice. I unplugged it for like five minutes and then plugged it back in.
Bart:Good job, thanks. Shit doesn't work, unplug. You've also been busy fixing up the hot tub.
Sunny:Hot doesn't work Unplug. You've also been busy fixing up the hot tub.
Bart:Hot tub is there. My water tank worked on it. I need to test it again. From that I have a cargo trailer that my mom needed to borrow, that needed to be repaired and a few things. So my amazing brother came over Big shout out to him, helped me get that fixed up so my mom can use that.
Sunny:Yes, and your mother is taking it to a sewing convention.
Bart:Yes.
Sunny:So I would say you would know that a sewing convention is pretty darn serious when you got to pack a trailer to head over there.
Bart:Amen, no kidding right.
Sunny:She is very talented and the work that she does is absolutely stunning. It is awesome. She definitely loves that.
Bart:Yep.
Sunny:And Xander's hosting his own little hot tub party tonight, now that it's all repaired and ready to go so we'll have a couple of boys over and have some fun.
Bart:Let's go.
Sunny:And that is a wrap.
Bart:Yeah. So Mercedes has a little list out there. If anybody out there wants to buy her a gift for her baby, let us know We'll send it to you. Also, kenya has her wedding stuff out there. If anybody wants to contribute to a new couple getting married, let us know that also. We'll put that out there for you. But most big things is just get out there, be you and play full out. I know it sounds crazy and I know it sounds like a lot of work sometimes, but worth it. And um big shout out to Sunny for just being amazing and doing all the things she does, not only for us around here, making our hello fresh and uh you know, doing all the things, but uh, we've been watching the Bridgerton show and having a little fun with that together and just, uh, it's just been fun.
Bart:So let life be fun for you and energetic, and know that life is happening to you, for you, and we love that we're able to be here today. So, with that, this segment brought to you by, I Do Epic.
